For dependable stovetop cooking in restaurants and commercial kitchens, a cooktop featuring eight manually operated (28Mj) independent burners is perfect. With safety flame failure, manual flame start operation is used. Features include removable drip tray, fully adjustable screw-on legs, front, sides, and legs finished in 304 stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant and seam-free.
