CookRite AT80G6GF Compact Commercial Hot Plate Griddle with Undershelf and Stand. The ideal flat hot plate for restaurants, providing consistent griddle cooking. Stainless steel burners with manual control and independent safety flame failure that are easy to use with piezoelectric start operation. The heavy-duty frame and seam-free 304 stainless steel finish on the front, sides, and legs complement the 16mm thick hot plate matte black trivet. A detachable drip tray facilitates quick cleanups in the kitchen.
Fully adjustable legs and an undershelf are included to precisely adjust the levelness of the flat griddle cooking surface. Excellent construction made of 304 stainless steel.
